With more than 25 years of experience as a tax preparer and 10 years as an Enrolled Agent, Tracey Rueff brings deep expertise in tax strategy, accounting, and IRS representation to McPherson Financial Group. Known for her approachable style and attention to detail, she takes pride in helping individuals and families navigate complex tax matters with confidence, clarity, and care. Her personalized approach ensures every client receives thoughtful, accurate, and proactive guidance tailored to their unique financial goals.

Tracey operates her own practice, Tracey L Rueff EA Inc, and partners with McPherson Financial Group to serve a wide range of clients with tax preparation, planning, and compliance needs. Earlier in her career, she worked with numerous CPA firms and also as a Corporate Accountant.  Through these prior experiences, she strengthened her foundation in taxation, financial reporting and small business accounting. A proud graduate of St. Francis University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she is also an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Tracey now calls Malabar, Florida, home.  She enjoys life with her partner Shawn, three daughters Nicki, Jackie and Jordon, her bonus son Jesse, and her two Rottweilers, Kara and Kasja. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family, whether relaxing at home, exploring outdoors and traveling, or riding motorcycles with her other half.  While Tracey is an extremely successful business owner, her greatest success and joy are her amazing children.
