With more than two decades of leadership experience in operations, customer service, and team development, Don brings a proven track record of excellence to his role as Client Onboarding Specialist at McPherson Financial Group.

During his 17-year tenure as Store Operating Partner at Schlenker Automotive, Don helped drive revenue growth by implementing strategic initiatives, elevating service quality, and fostering a culture built on trust and client satisfaction. His hands-on leadership and dedication to continuous improvement earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional experiences—an approach he now brings to helping new clients feel welcomed and confident from their very first interaction with McPherson Financial Group.

A graduate of Satellite High School, Don has lived in the area most of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Leslie, and riding motorcycles—his favorite way to unwind, find inspiration, and enjoy the open road. He’s also a proud dad to two grown children, Cortney and Kendall, and two “fur kids,” Milo and Maui.
